To the URS officials/personnel, Deped Rizal, the brilliant training staff, the very accommodating host of this exemplary activity, the EXCITE, to all school heads and participants, a pleasant day to all.
This unique seminar tagged as EXCITE is really EXCITING, very inspiring, substantial with comprehensive activities for all to learn more in English especially to teachers with green horns like me.
We the participants were really impressed on the way how the different topics were tackled by the talented trainers who are well-versed in English, especially the correct pronunciation/enunciation of words especially grammar which we need to solve the present problems in our own respective schools.
This training will augment or reinforce our competence in teaching English especially in the primary grades. I thought teaching English is quite easy…following the PELC with four communication skills such as speaking, reading, listening and writing.
Fellow participants, let us air to the trainers in English that we still lack enhancement of the basic skills. We still need avenues to master the skills especially in speaking.
With this kind of training even for five days only, I felt that I had improved my oral communication skills that will redound to better instruction.
At this juncture, we would like to say with all honesty and sincerity that we were equally attracted and impressed by the taxing ordeal that our dynamic, resourceful, brilliant and very competent trainers and staff and specially the jack- the URS.
We were greatly impressed by the openness and down-to-earth attitude of our speakers/trainers which helped enhance strong rapport between and among us.
We reiterate the supper the super dynamism and uniqueness of the speakers as evidence by the logical and systematic presentation of every topic followed by exercises to EXCITE all of us.
They are really armed with dynamic techniques that awakened the talents of every participant.
We firmly believe that what were supplied and filled in our minds are our golden instruments in developing ourselves to climb the next ladder of development with success in teaching correct English.
The presence of all the persons behind this move served as a paramount horizon of inspiration to the participants’ struggle to uplift our teaching competence.
What impressed us most of all was that, though we haven’t reached the many kilometers and miles crossed and strolled by those with rich experiences in teaching English, were very much grateful to the organizers of this training.
To the managers of this project, let us give them a big big hand.
We really need this kind of training.
Thank you and mabuhay!
